Synopsis

Mário has a troubled past in Africa. He was involved in the death of a well-known politician. Everyone thinks it was an accident. But Mário knows it was an assassination.
The last and only witness, he must be eliminated. He takes refuge in the Alentejo under the protection of Uncle Trindade. But Mário doesn't want to run away and start a new life abroad with another identity. Pretending to be someone else doesn't necessarily make him someone else. Mário needs to find out why his passion, Alice, was absent in the past when they met to escape.
